greencard_oneday
I have a question and will appreciate if someone can help answer or provide more information. My status: Greencard holder Wife: H1B with priority date EB2, Jan 2010. Can I sponsor my spouse for her GC? If I apply today in F2A category (spouses of GC holder), can she use her EB2 priority date of Jan 2010? Any other help / pointers/ suggestions will be helpful and appreciated. Thanks in advance. pontevecchio
1. Does she an approved Immigration Petition? 2. Since the spouse of a GC holder has a 4+ years wait she will need to maintain her H1 status till you become a citizen. Link to comment
