While I-539 in 'initial status', traveled India and got stamping, what do to with I-539 application now

I did apply I-539 when she is here with me and then she traveled to India and got stamping and returned to US, still I-539 showing in 'Initial status', what I have to do with I-539 application, do I need to withdraw?
