nanuvamsi Posted September 4, 2014 Report Share Posted September 4, 2014 Hi all, My Cousin and his wife are here in US to pursue there Masters, they left there 9 months old baby in India thinking they might bring him back to US later on F2 Visa. As per the Visa Weaver Program they dropped the Docs last month,VO was not convinced with case and called for the interview and they rejected the F2 Visa for the Baby. Can you please tell me the options? Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks in Advance. Link to comment
