pratibp
Hi All, My H1 is approved this year and it will starting from October 1st. I am planning for stamping in Jamaica (in December). I have one question regarding pay difference in LCA and W2. Here is my scenario: When My employer filed my H1 My pay was 35$ per hour, So my employer mentioned 70K in LCA but from July, My pay is 50$ per hour so my W2 amount will be more than 70K ( which will be around 90K, he gave 5K bonus last month). My W2 amount is more than LCA amount, will this create any issue in H1 Visa interview? Thanks!! Link to comment
jairichi
As long as you are paid equal or more than LCA amount you are fine. Link to comment
wiweq
More is ok, you salary shouldn't be less than LCA salary. Link to comment
omshiv
That's fine..not an issue. It should not be the other way round..W2 should not be less then LCA Link to comment
