Approved I 140, in India now, terms for CP

Hi,

 

I have an approved I 140 thru company A. My I 140 was approved in 2008. I am in India for last 5 years. I want to see if I am eligible to apply for GC under CP.

 

Can someone please guide me what all is required if I proceed with CP. Thanks a lot for your time.

For CP, the job from company A still needs to be available. You would need a recent, notarized job offer letter from company A.

You would have to file form I-824 to initiate CP, if it wasn't specified on the I-140.
