pontevecchio Posted July 31, 2014 Report Share Posted July 31, 2014 If PERM is pending 365 days you are eligible for one year extensions beyond the initial total of 6 years. Approved PERM is immaterial. An approved I-140 gives you eligibility for 3 year extensions of H1. Link to comment
