Sumit_ddn
Hi All, I have query on AR-11 form, as I am on H1B and recently moved to new location because of new assignment. I have heard that everybody has to fill AR-11 form to notify USCIS for change of address. If anyone aware of this can you provide some input Is it really required or mandatory as I am really not aware of this. Link to comment
JoeF
AR-11 is mandatory if you move. Everybody who is not a US citizen has to file that. This has been pretty much forever. After 9/11, they got really strict about it. Not filing an AR-11 can cause lots of problems, up to deportation. Link to comment

If it is a new client and new location H1B amendment and new LCA has to be filed and not AR-11 Link to comment

pontevecchio
You have to notify the USCIS of your new address within 10 days of the move. This can be done online if you choose and all instructions are provided. Look it up in the USCIS site and send it off. Link to comment
