H1 Stamping Query

Hi,

I am having a valid visa stamping on my passport till 2015 december with my previous employer .

I changed my job , Transferred my H1 and got new i797. I am planning to go to india next month, Do i need to go for stamping ?

No need for new stamping.

There is no need for you to go to stamping for your new H1B approval. Please carry both H1B approvals ( old employer and new employer ) with you always until you get your visa stamped for your new H1B approval ( new employer)

If my old employer revoked my H1B then still I dont need to go for stamping, please confirm. How will I know if my old employer has revoked  my H1B?

By law an employer has to revoke H1B petition once you leave. This will not be an issue.
