H1B Forever
I was working with the company A in India for 2 years in a Deputy General Manager category.Company A filed my first H1B,upon approval I travelled to US and worked for them 18 months.Four months back company B transfered my H1B and now they are in the process of initiating my GC under EB2 category,I have been working for company B currently in the similar manager category since Feb'2014. Now company A is approaching me for an employment oppertunity as a senior Manager and told me that they will initiate my H1B transfer and subsequently they will process GC under EB1C category. BTW,I have 23 years of international working experience. Am I eligible for EB1C?Do you foresee any issues in my case? Link to comment

Since the process is initiated by your employer you will get a clear answer if you talk to your employer's attorney. Link to comment
