lav123 Posted June 25, 2014 Report Share Posted June 25, 2014 I have my H1 valid until Nov,2014. This completes my 6 years of H1 period. I have my Labor approved and 140 in applied status. I am planning to go to India from Aug 1st to 31st. 1. Can I go to stamping in August after I go India which will have only 3 months of Visa Period? 2. I came to US on H4 and did not have stamping on H1at all till now, Can I got to any other country now for stamping like Canada, Mexico or Jamaica? Link to comment
