My probation ends on july 11th but Im planning to go to india during june end and will be back in july endCould any one please suggest me some like what are the documents I need to carry along with me and which port of entry is safe to enter for these kind of cases? Your attorney should supply you with required documents; If there is a question about what you should carry, consult an immigration attorney to review what you have. State laws very too much to know what you would typically have in your possession. Link to comment
