fifa007
Hi, I have concurrently filed I-140/I-485 more than three months ago, my I-140 has been approved, so as the EAD and AP. Starting from next month, the cut-off dates will retrogress to earlier dates from my PD, and it looks like USCIS used up all their visa number for this fiscal year and they will not continue adjudicating the pending applications until the new fiscal year (Oct) by when my I-485 is pending more than 180 days, so I am wondering how much the risk will still be if I use EAD to work for a new employer starting from next month? I dont think my current employer will revoke I-140. Thank you in advance for any inputs. Link to comment

pontevecchio
The risk is that it may be perceived as premeditated intent and the repercussions therein. It would be unlikely for the USCIS to do so. I would discuss the matter in depth with a Good Lawyer before taking steps. Link to comment
