While I was in I485 pending status my wife applied to her H4 Visa which was approved by the consulate in Mexico City, two days later my I485 status changes from pending to decision on the website, two days later she gets her passport with her H4 Visa. I have not yet received my greencard. Can she use her H4 Visa to enter the US? If yes, once inside the US, can we apply for a change of status I485 for her? If not, what other options do we have, we do not want to be separated? Link to comment
