cgac Posted March 16, 2014 Report Share Posted March 16, 2014 hi i was a student studying in the states and got a dui in 2009. case close as i have attended class and got filed as wet reckless. as i was filing for my ds160. i did it so fast i missed the part for submitting yes. i was wondering 1) has anyone clicked no to the arreat question and got away with it ? or had to xplain to the vo 2) will my criminal record of 6 yrs ago show up at the embassy thank u so much Link to comment

Just fill new form and you are good to go. Even the consulate will advice you to do the same. Link to comment
