akveerappan Posted March 14, 2014 Report Share Posted March 14, 2014 Hi, I'm in L1B and My wife is on L2 EAD which is valid till 08/08/2014. She recently got job in US and about to be on board. I'm in process of filing my L1B extension and with less hope of getting thru. In between, I'm thinking to apply H1 for her in premium but we've not checked with her employer. If her company does not sponser H1, can we seek sponsership from other consultants and still she can work for the same company. Thanks, Arun Link to comment
