Vd2621
I am currently on h4 visa expiring in Nov 2014 and my husband is in the process of getting his labour certification. I am planning on enrolling in a Masters program and would like to know the process and requirements for COS from H4 to F visa. Can I start the degree on H4 and wait for the COS to be approved in the meantime. Please guide me with the correct procedure. Link to comment

First get admission in a good institution. Later you can apply for a COS from H4 to F1 when you would like. Link to comment
pontevecchio
I-539 USCIS site. Also your college web site and the DSO will help. Getting admission this fall may be tight. You can always start on H4 and continue if the COS is denied. Link to comment
JoeF
You can start studying while on H4 just fine. Link to comment
