ilolo26
Hello Forum members: Received Yellow asking me to bring "originals or certified copies of all arrest records and court dispositions showing how each incident was resolved" to the interview. Well, I do not know why they are assuming I was arrested. I was never arrested. I checked Yes on Q16 of old form. I was cited only once for speeding and paid the fine in due time. I have a clean driving records. Not sure why they assumed I was arrested. I do not have any court dispositions. What to do? Anybody with this experience in the past? Joef, Pontevechio, forums members, any idea, any help, any advice? Thanks, Link to comment
pontevecchio
Tell them at the Interview. What is question 16? Link to comment
ilolo26
Thanks pontevecchio: actually Q16 is: "have you ever been arrested, cited, detained by any law enforcement or any USCIS officer? Thanks Link to comment
pontevecchio
There is no problem. You are being too self critical. Just tell the Officer when she asks about the Traffic fine. Speeding is not a major issue. You will be fine. Link to comment
vaitheeswaran
Did you specify the incidents in the column as what exactly it was ?. What is the status now ? Link to comment
