Sleepless Posted March 10, 2014 Report Share Posted March 10, 2014 Hello Gurus, I am currently on F1 status on OPT. My OPT is expiring on June 14, 2014. My employer is filing my H1-B this year. I have done a Master's in Information Systems. I know this is odd but I was just checking what are the odds of getting selected in the Lottery. Employer is filing under advanced CAP. How will I know if my application got selected in the lottery, how many Advanced degree applications is USCIS expecting this time around? Is there a last date when USCIS lets people know if they were selected or not? Thanks, SL Link to comment

No one can predict the number of applications. Expect a really huge number. Link to comment
