Parents US Visitor Visa pending since 2 years

Hello,

 

           My parents applied for a visit visa for my graduation in 2011 . 

          Their case was put pending, saying they had to do further administration processing

          and is still pending as of today in 2014.

          They have been given case numbers and asked to check online .

          

          We did try to email  and call the embassy since the past two years but they

          just give us the same reason asking us to check online.

          Is there something that we can do ? Please let me know.

They can try talking to the firm of Murthy in India and they can also reapply for their visa. Maybe it got lost in the system.
