ag623391
Yes my company has lawyer and now I want to be aware of process from outside so that I can make sure my company is doing right thing. Can anyone tell me what is the process for modifying past W2 or how this can be done? Link to comment

Why don't you talk to an independent immigration attorney? Link to comment
pontevecchio
Payroll errors do happen. You need a CPA to guide your employer through the process. It may need a modification to your relevant Tax return and refiling. Irrespective it is too much to expect an Immigration Lawyer to do your taxes. Link to comment
