Paycheck from past employer for previous work

I switched jobs in Oct 2013. My previous employer owe me bonus amount for 2013 that will be paid in 2014. Can I accept that payment even though I no longer work for that employer and has H1B from my new employer.

Yes. Make sure to include it in the Tax Return for 2014 to be filed next year.

This is the money for the work which you did with work permit (H1b). There is no issue.

Generally, a company has to pay all outstanding money, including bonuses, at the time the employment ends. There may be a delay up to the next pay period, but a delay of several months is problematic.

You should discuss this with a labor lawyer.
