reapplying Visa after out of country

Hello Sir,

 

 I  returned back to India on Septemer 28 2013 . My company is willing to file H1B for the year 2014 so we are moving with that. I know if  I get H1B I will be able to travel back to US on October 2014 by that time my 1 year out of country will be finished. Do you see any problem here as we are starting the process of H1B for me now

On what status were you there in US before Sept 2013?

Your company can only apply after you have been out for one full year if you hope to get a fresh 6 year term in total. So April,2015 would be the way to go.
