Interview, Finger prints and photograps were done in Jan 2011. Priority dates retrogressed before GC could arrive. It has been pending for past 3 years and it looks it will stay pending for next couple of monts. Question is once I have GC, will the period of retrogression count towards 5 years of citizenship?
