Is spouse Can come on L2/B2 visa Based on Valid I-94(Visa and petition expired )??

Hi,

I am on I-94 which is valid till march 2015 and my L1B visa and my petition expired on may 2013.

My Wife's  L2 visa also expired on 2013 and she went back to India in DEC 2013.

Can my Wife is eligible for L2 Visa Re-stamping Based on my I-94 Status in April 2014?

If not , 

Can i apply her for B2 Visa on my I-94?

Is there is far chances to get her Visa re stamped?

 

 

(My company is keep telling me that on basis of I-94 you are not eligible to apply for your dependents stamping. You should have a valid petition and visa copy to do the same.)

 

 

Please Help/guide me .

Employer is partly right. You need a valid petition with approval notice and I94.

And, if your petition is not valid what is your current status in US?
