sammy22345
Hi, I have part time H1b with 20-25 hrs/week approval. Can USCIS ask me what I will do in the remaining hrs as I am working with only one company. Can I work for 40 hrs/week for the same company with this part time approval. Thanks Link to comment

pontevecchio
One can of course do overtime. If the matter is urgent why not spend money on a Lawyer instead of taking the gospel of answers by lay people in this forum? Link to comment

I have given you the answer: the LCA and H1 would have to be amended for full-time work. Overtime doesn't apply for this. The LCA and H1 would have to be amended. Link to comment
