Hi,

 

 

I have part time H1b with 20-25 hrs/week approval. Can USCIS ask me what I will do in the remaining hrs as I am working with only one company.

 

Can I work for 40 hrs/week for the same company with this part time approval.

If you want to work full-time, the LCA and H1 have to be amended.

One can of course do overtime. If the matter is urgent why not spend money on a Lawyer instead of taking the gospel of answers by lay people in this forum?

I have given you the answer: the LCA and H1 would have to be amended for full-time work. Overtime doesn't apply for this. The LCA and H1 would have to be amended.
