craigross87
I am working in America on an H-1B visa and I plan on returning home to South Africa for two weeks.I would have to visit the US Consulate in South Africa to obtain an H-1B visa stamp. What are the chances of me being turned down for a stamp, or denied re-entry into the US at POE?(I would be able to provide proof of H-1B approval, proof of employment, recent paystubs, etc.) Link to comment
pontevecchio
If you get the visa stamp as you should there will be no problems coming back as you have all the proof. Link to comment
