rs2711
Hi, I got my H1B approved through current employer but never got it stamped. Now if I quit the company can a new firm apply for my H1B cap exempt any time of the year? Link to comment

rs2711
Thanks for your replies. I do not have any petition documents / receipt number with me. The current employer will not share any details. Can the new employer still file for a cap exempt H1 without this information? Link to comment
