jkdmd
I am on a H1B visa and my wife is on H4. My employer has filed for Permanent residency. I- 140 has been approved with a December 2012 priority date. At this point is there anything I can do so that my wife can legally work or undertake a research job. Am I eligible to file for EAD now for me and for my wife? Link to comment
