vn9185
Hi All, My employer will be filing for my H1b this year. I have an engineering degree of 4 years in computer science and an MS from a good university in the US. I had a backlog in my engineering which i cleared in subsequent semesters. I just wanted to know whether that will affect my chances of H1b approval. The only way to make out from my marksheets is that the marksheet for 2nd semester is issued after the 3rd semester. So it has a later date than of the 3rd semester. Will this backlog affect the petition? Link to comment

rahul412
That shouldn't be a big deal. Link to comment
t75
No. But it does make me question the US university's decision to admit you Link to comment
