I(Indian nationality) am on b1 10 years multiple visa.(exp on 4th apr 2014). my wife british citizen,she is on visa weiver program.(exp on 26th apr 2014) What type of visa option we have to live together and work in USA. Please guide me. Kalpesh and Bindia Try to find an employer willing to file a cap subject H1B petition by April 2014 and on approval you start working from 1st Oct and look around for the next step. JoeF Posted January 31, 2014 Report Share Posted January 31, 2014 Now, why in the US and not in another country, e.g., the UK, or India? That makes things much easier for you. Second, you have not even said what qualification you or your wife have. The US doesn't just throw visas at arbitrary people to live in the US. You would have to get sponsored by a company to work in the US, or by relatives in the US. Link to comment

What kind of visa i have to apply?1.H1b i don't have h1b spouncer.2.for L. what kind of document i have to submit, if i extand my visa after that can i change the L type visa. Link to comment

You need sponsor for H1 or L1, without that you can't work in US. And for H or L, you need to have 4 yr's bachelor's degree. Link to comment
