When i was in resident country i had a criminal case in 2009 and its completed in fast track court. The judgement was favourable to me. And 1 judgement review petition from the opponent was filed in high court in 2009. Its not yet taken. Do i need to mention this in GC docs though its a closed case? If not informed about this will there be any issue in GC process? Please advice Thanks, rtv Link to comment
