hello

my aunt had been to renew her b2 visa . she had a b2 visa previously and has travleed 3 times.

she was reapplying after almost 5 years now.

she is unmaaried and has no kids. she is also 70 years old

her visa was rejected. it may sound that since shei sunmaaried and no kids hers might have got rejected but the officer did not even ask any further question.

vo asked

1) whom are you going to visit

ans: my niece or sister daughter ( my husband on h1 is sponsoring)

2) are you married

no

3) do you have kids

no

4) do you have property

yes

now when can she apply again and what can she change or proove for her ties.

please help.....

By the information provided she has no strong ties to home country. Very tough to get a visitor visa  in this situation. Take the help of murthy law firm. And, there is no sponsorship involved in visitor visa.

Their is nothing called sponsoring visiting visa.

Applying visiting visa to visit non immigrants( like you and your husband) is not a valid application. Visiting visa is for tourism and pleasure trips and not for visiting family relatives.

I hope you got my point.

As mentioned there is no visitor visa sponsorship. She applies with her documents and based on her ability to convince VO that she has strong ties to home country she might get a visa.
