While leaving in DC airport, they did not take my I94. Is there any problem as I did not return my I94. I have valid visa stamped till October 2014 Kindly please let me know Link to comment

krishna101010 Posted February 1, 2014 Report Share Posted February 1, 2014 All I 94 records are currently electronic...so they have records and you do not need to submit them. However, if you had a paper I94 then you would have had to surrender it before you left the US. If you did not, you can still surrender it when you are in India. There will not be any issues.
