Now I want to apply for H1 and I wanted to know if my H1b Stamping does not go through, will my B1 be still valid? Can I travel again on B1 ? Link to comment

Activities that can be performed with B1 is different from H1B. Be very careful about what activities you are going to perform on B1. Link to comment
