Now i want to go back to them. Is there any way they can revoke/undo the cancellation notice that they sent to USCIS?? Has there been cases like this before?? Regards, Shane. Link to comment

Hi Shane, Normally, it does take a while for the application to get processed for revoking the h1b. If you want to rejoin your employer, have them cancel the application they applied for revoking your H1. Hope that helps. Link to comment
