maheshmahesh
My H1B cap ends on Jan 2015. My LCA is now approved. Is it advisable to change employer and get 1 year extension? Or the LCA will be voided if I change employer and I will not get extension unless I have I-140? Appreciate your time and help fellas. Link to comment

pontevecchio
LC is not the same as LCA. Approved PERM has no meaning to H1 extensions. The OP needs I-140 approval for extensions. Again LC is for Immigration as LCA is to H1. Link to comment
