I have H1B from company A and its stamped till Jan-2015

I am currently in US and got offer from company B

They initiated my H1B transfer and have completed everything(Not yet joined company B and have not resigned from current company).

Now I have got better offer from company C.

I have accepted offer from company C as well.

I need to say NO to company B.

1. Can they create any issues with my H1B Transfer with company C?

2. Can company B ask me visa transfer fees, attorney fees and all?

3. What are the legal actions company B can take against me?

Thanks,

You accepted 2 offers?  What were you thinking? How do you intend to meet your obligations to both?

Depending on yoru contract, you may be liable for financial damages to B for failing to appear for work.

SEE AN ATTORNEY WITH ALL OF YOUR CONTRACTS.

1. No, you are fine.

2. No, H1B fees has to be borne by employer.

3. If you have signed an offer letter or contract with employer B that mentions damages that could be claimed by them if you fail to join to join them then you are bound to it.

hi i came to usa last week not started to work what are the consequences if i change employer

and what are the chances of approval this time plz suggest thanks

If you have reported to employer make sure that you are paid. You can change employer if new employer files a cap exempt H1B petition and start working with them upon approval.
