B1/B2 changed to H1B

Hi,

 

I came on B1/B2 in Aug'2011 and returned to India in Dec'2011, again I came on Apr 1st 2012 applied for my H1 and got approved in jul'2012, now im working in USA and now I want to go to India planning to go for stamping to Jamaica or Mexico, Please advice?

If the question asked why change of visa status please let me know what to answer?

Did anyone got H1B stamping who came on B1/B2?

I came on B1/B2 on personal visit, not on business trip through company.

Well, you must be the only one to know the reason for changing your status from B1/B2 to H1B. Answer the truth.

Get your stamping in India. If the company is legit you have no worries.
