Pending Green card and H1B filing

Hi experts,

 

My green card is in the I-485 state and I went out of US due to an emergency.

Out of US for more than 3 years.

 

If I apply for an H1B with a different company, does it has any issue since Green card is pending?

 

If the answer is yes, is it possible to transfer Green card application to the new company once landed in US?

If you left without AP, you have abandoned your AOS. If the I-140 has been revoked you can of course get a cap subject H1 via a sponsor for an October start. There are so many details needed that you would do well to discuss the matter with the firm of Murthy or any of your choice.
