Need urgent help! I94 lost in home country.

I really really need help in my situation. Thank you very much!

 

I left the US over a month ago and just got back a few days ago. Nobody collected my I94 when I left and I unfortunately lost it when I was at home. I returned to the US with no issue but when I tried to retrieve my I94 card online, it still showed the one with the old number (I know this number as I once scanned my I94 card). On that I94 card, it clearly states my most recent date of entry is the one from 2012 while it should be the date when i left last month. What should I do?

 

Is it right that with the new online CBP system, all my records have been recorded and I do not have to worry about this?

Call CBP office and explain them your situation. They should be able to help with any correction in I-94 card. I once had my Mothers name printed wrong on I-94.. It was corrected.
