BikramS Posted January 17, 2014 Report Share Posted January 17, 2014 My brother is coming to USA on visitor visa(already have 10 yr multiple visit visa) and he will get marry with GC holder. Is it possible for my brother to come on visitor visa and get married in court.His status will change in US only or he needs to return back to home country and then apply GC from there?? What are the risks involved in this? Pls help me in this as me and my family are worried whether this is the right step or we dont have to do this. Link to comment
