Can my I-94 date be extended based on my spouse I-94

Hi,

 

     I came as a dependent on L2 visa along with my spouse who is on L1 visa. My spouse I-94 is valid until October 2014, but my I-94 is only valid until June 2014. Is there any way i can extend my I-94 based on my spouse I-94 date, so that i can stay till October in US along with her.

You can files for an extension of status using form I-539 and supporting relevant documents or you can exit and enter US with a valid L2 visa and get new I94.

You need to say why your I94 is different.

You would have to file an L2 extension.
