B2 Visitor Visa Extension Questions

I would like clarification on the following question on I-539 on ELIS.

 

1. I received a digital I-94 on my arrival to the US. Should I say that I have a I-94 in my possession because I do not have the print version?

 

2. I am not eligible for visa waiver program. Should I respond yes or no to the question whether I have a I-94 or entry stamp under visa waiver program?
