Happy Holidays !. My parents (dad and step-mom) visitor visa to US is expiring next month which was sponsored by my sister 10 years ago. I am sending supporting documentation to my parents. I have few questions as below

1. Do i need to send I-134 for each applicant but I see that in I-134,step 3 asking for spouse name joining the applicant.
2. Do i need to mention as step-mother in the letter of invitation to my parents as my passport has my birth mother name (she died when I was a kid) and in I-134 if I have to send each parent a I-134
3. Do i have to give a copy of my birth certificate and passport to my parents

 

The consulate where they will be going for visa is hyderabad, India.

Yes, they have been to US 4 times atleast

Then you stay out of it. They will get the visa on their own recognizance.
