H4 to H1 and vice versa

Hello Sir,

 

My wife  came to US on H4 visa On Feb'13.Her employer applied  for H1B  on April'13.She got an approval from USCIS. Now,She is pregnant and want to change her status to H4 for sometime.Is't is possible to change her status to H4 and latter when she feel like continue the work,Does she can get the approved H1B status back ?

She can file for a COS to H4 by filing I539 form along with supporting documents. To come back to H1B later employer has to file a cap exempt H1B petition and on approval she can work.

She can change status to H4 now. Later on she can have a H1 sponsor file her H1 .
