Hi,

I am in the following situation (chronological order of their occurrence)  -

(i) H4 (Husband's company A) -> JUL2010-JUN2014; -> STAMPED VISA.

(ii) H4 (Husband's company B) -> JUL2011-JUL2014; no stamping; I539.

(iii) H1b (my company xyz) -> DEC2011-JUL2013; no stamping; I129.

(iv) H4 (Husband's company B) -> AUG2013-JUL2014; no stamping; I539.

Now, I am planning to travel to India from Jan 2014 - Feb 2014.

Question -

1) Can I use the existing stamped H4 (husband's company A; validity Jul 2010 - Jun 2014) on my passport from (i) above and use the new approved I539 (Husband's company B)?

2) Or, do I need a new stamping of H4?

Would appreciate advise of the experienced and the experts.

Thanks.

PS: I feel bad to say this is urgent, but since the travel is coming up in early Jan, an expedited posting to the forum by the moderator will be appreciated. Thanks.

1. Yes, you are correct. You can use your valid H4 visa and spouse company B's I797.
