catdogcali Posted December 17, 2013 Report Share Posted December 17, 2013 Hello, I went to the US embassy this morning, obtained my B2 visa valid for 10 years with multilpe entries, however I *suspect* there could be a state/federal warrant in the US, if that is the case, would it be possible to obtain a valid visa? I have read the embassy does run a background check on most immigrat visas and non immigrant visas as well. Does anybody know what could it be? am I clean if I got a B2? I assume I did not hit any law enforcement database when the visa was issued? Thanks! Link to comment
