h1stamping2014 Posted December 15, 2013 Report Share Posted December 15, 2013 i got my h1 in 2012 and i went for stamping in 2012 to canada and got my stamping done, in 2013 JAN i got DUI and my fate i got another DUI few days back, what r the consequences for DUI twice on my h1 extension and h1 stamping, please help me. Thanks. This could have very serious consequences, and may render you removable and/or inadmissible. I strongly suggest you speak with an immigration attorney, in addition to a criminal attorney.
