sid3848 Posted December 6, 2013 Author Report Share Posted December 6, 2013 hi Thanks for your help. i filled that form and got printout of that but the thing is my visa is valid upto may 2016. and in this I 94 it shows July 2105. what does it mean? do i need to stay till 2105 and stamped again ? Either exit and enter US or employer applies for extension. Link to comment
t75 Posted December 6, 2013 Report Share Posted December 6, 2013 I-94 is not necessarily issued for the maximum allowable time but is issued for the border officer's estimation of the time required for you to do the job for which you are entering. Link to comment
