lenny89
My EAD card got lost in the mail and am in the process of applying for a new one. My questions: Does USCIS review the application totally like they did when I first applied? Or they're just going to approve it because I was already approved before? What if by the time they receive my application I reach 90 days of unemployment? Would my application for the replacement be declined? Thanks Link to comment
pontevecchio
Different departments. You will get a new one. Surely you have a copy of the old one. That will do. What else is the problem? Link to comment

What else is the problem? The problem is I never received it even though on the USCIS website it said it was delivered almost 3 months ago. I got a job offer and cannot start unless I have the card. Also I'm reaching 90 days of unemployment. I just filed the application for a replacement yesterday I wonder how unemployment days are counted if I never received the card in the first place? t75
You must report your changes in employment status to DSO. Once you reach 90 days, you must leave the US or go to another status. Link to comment

quantbuff
. Even if you didnt get your card there is nothing you can do now. 90Days of UnEmployment .. you are Out of Status! Talk to your DSO Link to comment
